Cordless drills are a type of electric drill which use rechargeable batteries. These are available with features similar to an ac drills. They are available in the hammer drill configuration. Cordless drills also have a more adjustable clutch which allows them to be used for driving screws. Cordless drills are currently less prevelent than the wired version. However, since this is one of its main functions is to drilling holes in joists and studs to run electrical and plumbing. Moreover, innovation allows drilling more recent battery and large holes diameter (generally 1 / 2 “-1″ or larger) for the drain current cordless drills quickly.
Types of Cordless drills
Cordless drills come in many variants. These types have been used over the centuries. It uses thinner and more adjustable spindle to bow down to a combination of pressure.

Pistol grip (corded) drills are shaped like a pistol. There are actually infinite variety of its basic form, is what is called the drilling at right angles. Thus, it is a drill used by electricians and plumbers.
Hammer Cordless Drills are used for drilling masonry as a standard electric drill. Installing electrical boxes and shelves are the typical application of this hammer.
Rotary hammers are used for drilling holes in masonry. Thus, the rotary hammer drill is an electric type, and a hammer drill that uses weight.
Drill presses can be bolted to the floor and mounted on a support. It consists of a column, spindle, table, base and a drilling head, which is driven by an induction motor.
Radial arm Cordless Drills are used for larger workloads. It is used when there is a need to move loads of his column. It also exercises from head gear can accommodate up to a limited area.
Mill Drills combines the functions of a drill press and a locking clip. This is to ensure that the cutter does not fall off the spindle.

However, with the evolution of technology, the latest features of cells were introduced with the performance of things to offer, such as lithium-based. Sine these batteries weigh less, they may even reduce the weight of the drill for easy handling. In fact, even younger women can use cordless drills to for the home.
